Who Am I?
I’m Akib Hasan, a Senior Strategy Lead at Yahoo Australia, where I’ve been delivering impactful results and fostering innovation for over 7 years. Recognised as Yahoo Employee of the Year in 2019 and a proud recipient of the Marketing Industry 30 under 30 awards in 2021, I’m committed to excellence both professionally and personally. You will find me speaking at universities, organising charity events, working on improving DE&I, cooking at charities, mentoring university students or leading my social or corporate team in sports.
Beyond my career, real estate investing has become a personal passion. I’ve dedicated countless hours to mastering the Australian property market, driven by a desire to help others achieve financial freedom through property ownership.
As a proud father to my daughter—my little princess—family is the cornerstone of my life. I’m also deeply involved in my community, organising and playing cricket and football weekly, which fuels my love for sports and connection.
